Yes! You may enter as many different Touring Lotteries as you wish.
However, you can only enter each individual lottery once and will rank your selected tours in order of preference.
Successful artists / companies can only be selected for one CAFF tour.
You can review the webpage with all the tour listings here or download a PDF of all the tour listings here.
Absolutely! You can build additional Festival stops around your CAFF tour as long as you manage those applications, fees, schedules, travel, and logistics independently.
Artists are responsible for their own travel and accommodation costs.
Some participating Festivals offer billeting, hotel discounts, local transportation, and other artist supports. These will be identified in the individual tour information.
No. Artists are responsible for determining and meeting any visa, work permit, immigration, customs, or other border requirements associated with their tour.
CAFF does not provide immigration advice, obtain visas or permits on behalf of artists, or guarantee that an artist will be permitted to enter or work in another country.
Artists considering a Cross-National Tour should research the applicable requirements before entering the Lottery and allow enough time to complete any necessary processes.
If circumstances change after the Lottery, CAFF will work with the affected artist and Festival to determine the best available option.
Because Festival circumstances can change, CAFF cannot guarantee that a replacement Festival will be available.
Your tour is a complete package and must be accepted in full. If for any reason you are not able to participate in one of your tour stops, you will be required to drop the entire tour.
